1. เราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร
ฮีลใจ 24/7 เป็นเว็บไซต์ที่ออกแบบมาให้ ใช้งานได้แบบไม่ต้องล็อกอิน เราเก็บข้อมูลน้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จำเป็น:
- ข้อมูลการเข้าชม (Analytics): หน้าที่เข้า · ฟีเจอร์ที่ใช้ (เช่น จับไพ่ เขียนไดอารี่ — นับครั้งอย่างเดียว ไม่เก็บเนื้อหาที่เขียน) · ชนิดอุปกรณ์ · ภาษา — เก็บด้วยรหัสสุ่มไม่ระบุตัวตน ไม่ใช้ cookie ข้ามเว็บ ไม่เก็บ IP — ข้อมูลอยู่ในระบบของทีมงานเอง ไม่ส่งให้บริษัท analytics ภายนอก
- ข้อมูลที่คุณกรอกใน Google Form: เมื่อคุณตอบแบบสำรวจ "คุณฮีลใจยังไง?" หรือ "ฝากคำพูดในพิพิธภัณฑ์" Google จะเก็บคำตอบของคุณ (อยู่ภายใต้ Google Privacy Policy)
- ของ/เรื่องที่ส่งเข้าพิพิธภัณฑ์: รูปภาพและเรื่องราวที่คุณส่งผ่านฟอร์ม เก็บในระบบ Netlify Forms เพื่อให้ทีมงานอ่านและคัดเลือกก่อนจัดแสดง — ส่งแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนได้
- การตั้งค่าในเครื่อง (localStorage): เช่น aesthetic ห้องที่เลือก (cozy/loft), ข้อความที่เขียนถึงตัวเอง — เก็บไว้ในเบราเซอร์คุณเท่านั้น เราเข้าไม่ถึง
2. เราไม่ทำอะไรกับข้อมูล
- เราไม่ขายข้อมูลคุณให้ third party
- เราไม่ใช้ cookie tracking ข้ามเว็บ
- เราไม่เก็บ IP address หรือข้อมูลระบุตัวบุคคล
- ข้อความที่คุณเขียนถึงตัวเองอยู่ในเบราเซอร์คุณคนเดียว ไม่ส่งไปไหน
3. สิทธิ์ของคุณ (PDPA)
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) คุณมีสิทธิ์:
- เข้าถึงข้อมูลที่เราเก็บเกี่ยวกับคุณ
- ขอให้ลบข้อมูลของคุณออก
- ถอนความยินยอม
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
4. ข้อจำกัด
ฮีลใจ 24/7 เป็นพื้นที่ฮีลใจเบื้องต้น ไม่ใช่บริการจิตวิทยาวิชาชีพ ถ้าคุณอยู่ในวิกฤต โปรดติดต่อ 1323 (สายด่วนสุขภาพจิต 24 ชม.) หรือ 1667 (สะมาริตันส์)

1. What we collect
HealJai 24/7 is designed to work without requiring login. We collect the bare minimum:
- Visit analytics: pages viewed, features used (e.g. drawing a card, writing a diary entry — counted only, content never collected), device type, language — stored with a random anonymous id in our own system, no cookies, no IP, nothing shared with third-party analytics companies.
- Google Form submissions: when you fill out the "How do you heal?" survey or submit words for the museum wall, Google stores your responses (under Google's Privacy Policy).
- Museum submissions: photos and stories you send through the form are stored in Netlify Forms so our team can read and curate before anything is displayed — submissions can be anonymous.
- Local browser storage: aesthetic preference (cozy/loft), your private journal entries — stored only in your browser. We cannot access these.
2. What we never do
- We don't sell your data to third parties
- We don't use cross-site tracking cookies
- We don't store IP addresses or personal identifiers
- Your journal entries stay in your browser only — they never leave your device
3. Your rights (PDPA)
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, 2019), you have the right to:
- Access data we hold about you
- Request data deletion
- Withdraw consent
- File a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
4. Limitations
HealJai 24/7 is a gentle everyday-healing space, not a professional psychology service. If you're in crisis, please contact 1323 (Mental Health Hotline, 24/7) or 1667 (Samaritans).
